If you find a company like this then please tell me so I can avoid it.

The way to make money in the pinks seems to be to choose companies totally opposite to your philosophy.

The trick is to figure out their BS and watch how it affects the share price. Then use it to your benefit.

If the sec cleaned up the pinks no one would ever be able to make any money.

This may sound cynical but be advised that my cynicism has a hard time keeping up with reality.
