They did, no 8k filing either, shame on Carey.. I'm sure he'll PR the crap out of this now in an attempt to dump his 4 billion NEW shares..

So much for his 60% ownership, he probably dumped most his shares knowing when his sneaky antics were discovered there would be a massive exodus..
