The last PR, suggest they will beat there initial deadline of 90 days. If they are 75% complete, the PR from January 21 is(42 days), they started development Dec 10, 2013

We could very well see a launch this month IMO

But if it did take the whole 90 days from Dec 10 the deadline would be April 10 2014
