Charting a penny...I find that so interesting. We've seen a Golden Cross on two set ups very recently. Any comment from chartists as to why there was no follow through on this? Or is it still in effect from that original cross of the 50 over the 200? Or... so we need to see it happen again? I mean...that was going on and the "Bollies were tight"...yet... the obvious happend. Where do you chartists for pennies stand on this? Seems news is what makes a penny move one way or the other.
