Today, IT was very noticable by most ALL of us, after the market opened.

We noticed. It was actually before the market opened. We had an all-time record number of users on line at the market open.

WHATEVER was done over the weekend, WE are right back to the same problems, POSTS sit and spin, spin, and SPIN! Once again, you can click on boards, read posts, but A NEW POST is lost in space until sometime or other it appears like magic.

Yes, that is the appearance. Sometimes the posts take milliseconds to process into the database, then a minute later they can take half a minute. Incredibly frustrating. And the browser sits spinning until it gets the response back from the server with the new message number. After a few seconds, you can go on about your business by clicking on a menu, etc., without waiting for the spin to finish; in this circumstance the post has already been submitted and will show up damn near every time.

We have a server upgrade lined up, but it's not likely to happen prior to Presidents Day weekend. We will continue to work the problem in the mean time.
