I remember a small OTC "airline" stock swearing up and down for months saying that they were not going to r/s. What a shock to the shareholders when they did exactly that shortly after another PR saying "NO R/S". I am not saying this will necessarily happen here, but I do remember that name changes often accompany an r/s.
