My home foreclosure law firm that moved into bigger offices to seat 100 from old office for 60 in Feb just signed new lease to expand into remaining half of floor they occupy.

They have doubled in 14 months and have told me that plan to double again in next 12 months. Talk about growth industry.

I guess the increasing home equity values / decreasing mortgage rate refi ponzi game is coming to an end.
