OT. I had Possum fixins, thats different than regular deep fried possum. Fixins are the result of catchin whats left after the dog catches the possums and flings it about the yard for a half day. That is where fixins come from cause you gotta fix em. Yes there was beer involved. The possum comes out of the oven crisp and a golden yellow(cook hide and all) Here is the wifes recipe. 1 Possum (reg or fixins) 4lbs salt. 1 egg. 1/2 teaspoon kitty litter. 4 dozen garlic cloves. 3 oz of medical marijuana. Mix all together in a large cake pan and broil under medium heat for 6 hours. Enjoy. :)~~ Tex.
