Just checked SEC for suspended trading for GDAR and found nothing. I too am concerned over the lack of trading these past two days. There is a separate company called EZDESK but I question if GDAR is its parent company. A name Search showed a company called "OfficeVP" but I saw no space between the word "Office" and the letters "VP".
