US stocks rise on strong earnings, tech rebound
US stocks gained on Friday after strong earnings from companies, including insurance broker Aon Corp. , and a rebound in tech shares helped boost sentiment. For the week, the Dow rose 1.17 percent and the S&P 500 edged up 0.24 percent,
