Phil: Intervals:

It may seem like a lot of posters, but it is a miniscule number compared to all the 10 minute intervals out there. In theory, a single day allows as many as 144 10-minute intervals!!!!

But, no matter what, you have to have some interval. Otherwise, people can post 1 second on either side of someone else. What fun is that?
