There is a difference between fraudulent and error. The filings from the company have an attorney that is different from the deceased lawyer

Then why would the opinion letter be prepared on letterhead of a defunct legal LLP and signed by a dead attorney? I'm sorry, but that just smacks of fraud, not mistake.

This is just thinking out loud, but could it be that the letter was previously issued and the company just changed the date, not realing that the attorney had died?

This is not bashing. my wife and I had over a million shares and we got out with a profit. We were very hyped on TTDZ. I hope it goes to $1 pps and you have a great investment, but in my opinion this is just Madoff in a new coat. GLTY.
