I'm sorry, BnB. I missed something. I don't believe there has been any disagreement about violations of the Terms of Use. It was more a matter of interpretation of those terms.

My point was, and is, that the board moderator has, and should have, the right to delete posts. I further contend that the moderator is under no compulsion to justify the deletion. I think common courtesy suggests the moderator should tell the transgressor why the post was deleted, but, sadly, common courtesy is in short supply around here.

It should go without saying (but I'll say it, anyway) that this applies even if the deletion seems arbitrary. Incidentally, paid members may post on any board they wish. That right has not been denied. But the moderator can delete the message ... and that's a good thing. They have no other means of keeping order.

CharleyMike said he doesn't understand why someone would go where they're not wanted. I agree with him. If they insist on intruding where they're not wanted, they shouldn't be surprised if they're not made welcome.
