Worth noting, Chardan's price target for this year of $9.00 is actually an average figure, with a max of $11.87 and a min of $6.13 (see Pg 12). So, I don't think we should get too transfixed on this one target alone, there's clearly a range here. Of course, if the company surpasses expectations this year, this range might just be bull dust!
