Pete--I think you have to distinguish between royalty income and regular income. xxii could get its 1% of the world tobacco market, but if it's thru sales by others, clearly revenue would not be what you would otherwise expect and hence neither dividends. But that doesn't mean it's not a super investment, I certainly have some dollars there.

OT

Another stock w/ similar dividend potential is SIAF. It appears risky but it's not. Have been to their operations in China twice and know management personally. Also has applied to Nasdaq.
