Not as good as my short at 15 in Ruth 52 in frgi and my real winner a short @ 545 in CMG. They did need to bounce. One of my hunches is that because of growth of online shopping foot traffic is down significantly and thus drop ins at Ruth's. Either way great job at 12.40. I bought some in below 12.5 myself
