Earnings next week are expected to better than ever. They got a three year renewal with Disney.
From what I know right now the o/s has not increased in the past couple of filings. I called the ta and got a 3M less o/s amuont. I have an email into the company for them to explain (they just emailed me back and said they will get back to me on it).
