A network does not only consist of the on-the-air personalities. It take many,many people and many,many jobs to make a network run effeciently. It like a team. You need trainers, coaches, front office personnel, stadium personnel, etc. to make the team funcion. The QTN is losing much of its personnel. But OK. Let's assume everything is wonderful at the company. They have tons of money, employees are not being let go, money is pouring in from subscriptions, the film library is really owned by the company and is worth a couple of billion dollars. Why was the A/S increased? Why is this stock trading like it has passed death's door and is silently pleading to be revived? The reality is that this company is in dire straights. You don't increase the A/S to an outrageous 350 billion because all is well. Add we know from The Visionary's past conduct that when he increases the A/S, he will increase the O/S. In short, he has killed this company as an investment.
