The previous license has nothing to do with......

the new application. They've been out of business since Oct 2011 per the auto revoke.

Alcohol is second only to oil/gas as far as regulations go. CA ABC requires ALL applicant to post notice for 30 days. If the posted on Jan 6th, that means Feb 5th the notice comes down.

Then any protest, which I doubt there will be any, can be heard. But there are still reviews that occur.

There is no "fast track", as everyone seems to suggest. It's a process defined by CA law. Especially for new applicants, which they are.
