They would need another 20.3 Billion shares. Plus they would need to clean up a dirty shell; no easy task considering the SS.

As of 1/29/14, the HESG share structure:
AS: 50,000,000,000
OS: 20,509,356,099

What do we have as the O/S here? how many more on top of 200 million would MJNA need before they could own the shell and spin it off?
