Not likely. It's a scam. Nothing they say can be verified with real numbers. The use of the term NI43101 is key...as it is not for any purpose save to con. It will not and can not be filed with SEDAR, the only agency which requires a NI43-101 report to be filed.

If shares could be found to short, this would be a slam dunk...as the company has little value, and certainly its current market cap of nearly $100m, is a freakin' joke.
