IMO....The Company has always released milestone....

News, as soon as it happened.

Water Approvals
Permit Approvals
Final Mining Approvals

As soon as that Ore hit the Port...and the Agreement
confirmed and concentrate confirmed and finalized,
the Company should issue News on it.

However....

The Company can put out News whenever they want to.

Just saying their past history reports News shortly after
the actual event happens.

It is what it is for now....
