Why can't you get it that they all have personal estates that are way overweighted in Intel stock.
As I pointed out, Holt preplanned them over a year ago. That is not dumping.
Most of the other exec sales are automatic when the stock rights vest. The company has a set policy of selling a certain percentage to cover the tax of this vesting. All companies do this to avoid their executives from having to time sell decisions.
