The last interview with Jim from what I remember,( I think...) , Jim stated that the acquisition would close at the end of the month, "or about there".
Given the end of month timing, and the fact that OTC doesn't trade after hours or pre market, I could see this news coming out Monday instead of Friday to get a full head of steam behind it. Friday would also have the benefit of weekend news catching more audience though as well, but again thinking, Merger Monday right?
So I'm not going to panic if the weekend comes and goes and we don't hear any news yet. I think the news would be best received if released before trading on Monday AM. Just my thoughts...
