The press release uses the term, "Reverse Merger." The public shell GLER is being merged into Hawk. We'll have revenues from Trump, including Southern Field Maintenance, possibly Swing, aerospace manufacturer Neodesha and any other companies that might be merged into Hawk from the their previous ventures (under another name).
Reverse Mergers with public shells lead to big increases in revenue, but there is often some increases in restricted shares so that the private company can take ownership.
