Wow, that's not going to be competitive at all. XMM 7160 (lacks TD-LTE, TD-SCDMA, CDMA, and LTE-A) is weak-sauce, and 2.13GHz max turbo is fairly lackluster. All shipping at the END of March?

It's far from being high end, but it's a solid mid-range product. It certainly beats anything Snapdragon 400 or Mediatek level, and probably has competitively low power and cost as well.

Intel won't get a lot for it, but it should win MSS, since there's a sizable market for this class of product.
