No, it is not complicated at all...
BBORL Inc. was nonexistent as a legal entity on April 29. It's been posted already today that it was around May 14 that they became legally recognized.

It's also been shown that Berkeley Bio-Organic Research Laboratory LLC is NOT the same as BBORL Inc.

The old "Name Game" to deceive investors...it's what SKTO does.

Can't "license" something to an entity you claim to "own."

And we've already seen that not having a contract didn't stop SKTO from putting Cannabee in the 3Q filing. So telling lies is something SKTO has no issue doing.
