CBAI's wholly owned subsidiaries include Cord Partners, Inc., CorCell Companies. Inc., CorCell Ltd., (Cord), CBA Professional Services, Inc. doing business as (D/B/A) BodyCells, Inc. (BodyCells), CBA Properties, Inc. (Properties), and Career Channel Inc D/B/A Rainmakers International (Rain). The Properties was formed to hold the corporate trademarks and other intellectual property. On February 24, 2011, the Company acquired 593 umbilical cord blood samples and all related file documents, four cryogenic storage tanks, and two computers from Reproductive Genetics Institute, Inc. (RGI). In October 2012, it sold its 51% stake in stellacure, GmbH (stellacure) to Medivision mbH.
