I have been playing horses for like 40 years. I am like 15 minutes away from the Meadowlands Racetrack (Harness) and many other NJ tracks the NY tracks are less than 1 hour away (both flats and harness). It is a very tough business to make money in. I know several owners who love the thrill of owning horses. Unfortunately most can't count on the races to pay for their hobby. We shall see how this develops.
