OT: Marty... Tilapia
My cousin down in Florida raises Tilapia. Biggest of all is my Uncle down in Jamaica. He has probably 6 - 10 Tilapia ponds on his farm. I think he's the biggest Tilapia farmer down in Jamaica. He helped a friend of the family start a Tilapia farm in Trinidad a couple of years ago and that is thriving now too. He raises the red Tilapia... of which I feel is the tastiest of the Tilapias.
