To the board:

Just to reiterate, my business partner was a Regional Controller for Circuit City for over 10 years. He has made some DD calls over the last month or so, and guess what? He has NOT sold one single share and let‘s just say is VERY CONFIDENT with our future.

Oh… and our other business partner, a former Disney Executive (Imagineering Division) is holding long term too. These guys are not in the habit of just throwing money away.
