The VCU price floats up and down with the demand or lack thereof, just like any other commodity. What's probably known is the annual number of VCU's that can be generated on the portion of the property currently being used for composting the chicken waste. My understanding has been that this section only represents about 25% of the available land. According, when you see the current appraisal you can safely multiply it by 3 or 4 to get the potential over the next 12 to 18 months as other sections are put into production.
