The infection rate for SARS will be significantly greater
That is a very questionable statement at this point in time.The genetic map has already been completed of SARS and at this time it has not mutated into a different strain.Not everyone that gets SARS dies!Some people recover.The population most susceptible to SARS are the immunosuppressed and the population that fits into older {40-60) and elderly.So far the young seem to be the most resistant to this pneumonia.As long as it does not mutate,a vaccine is possible.This virus is only in its infant stages,much to be investigated at this time.
