I don't think he is implying more O/S or dilution than what GGI has already been holding debentures for. The filing said we had used $7 million (something) so far from the 16.5 pot and they thus have shares they can sell. Not really new O/S, unless of coarse they have used the remaining 700mm. But GGI selling on the market would definitely affect the pps. If they held essentially it would not. But, they can't hold more than 10% at a time, so in essence they have to sell. I could be way out in left field on this so someone correct me if I'm wrong.
