ALTEZA, my understanding is our share price would have to rise to at a minimum of 3.00., more appropriately to 5.00 plus on it's own, to qualify for an uplist.
Do you really think that could ever happen with our number of shares/financial picture and current share price, etc.? I truly don't think so.
IMO, great phase 1 data won't do it alone, it will take a share price/ better exchange, etc. to attract institutional investors and open more doors for JV.
NBS recently languished in the .50 to .60 range and did a 1:10 and many positive things are now happening for the company that couldn't before.
