I know ACTC is moving forward, cleaning up their act etc. Where is PPS going?? What can be done to change this terrible price pattern of at least 7 out of 10 days to the down side???? Is the pps going to the level of new dilution .048 (my opinion) even b4 issued? Hope not because after PR'd it will go down more imo, nothing is ever priced in with this pattern. Sick and tired. glta
