Your statement had no premise. Are you saying old news as of 2 hours ago or 1 year ago? Patents are applied for first and then approved many months later. The issuance happened yesterday and the site shows the communication sent to SVFC's patent lawyer. If we are misunderstanding please let us all know what you know.
