Good question why would Derek merge his dispensary into TRTC? I'll tell you why 1) gives TRTC a real quick increase in revenues(foot in the door) 2) his wife owns 52 mil shares

I believe if this were to happen we instantly go to $1 and let me repeat his wife owns 52 million shares.
