I personally believe that he still has controlling interest by way of convertible debt and preferred shares, but that he prefers to be out of the public eye.
why that is easy to see as it is in all filings for some time that he is long gone and out. But please if there is proof he is OTHER THAN THE FILINGS that say other wise, please show, us SHAREHOLDERS would love to see.
