Scary...

At first glance, yeah it looks pretty scary. But it is those two people that have the vision, the background, and the fire in the belly for this once in a life time(for them)opportunity to build a company that will make them rich. From their viewpoint, none of us should have or deserve to have any say in directing or influencing the company, and we should be satisfied to buy shares and cheer them on.

Lets face it, this is the biggest deal of their lives, and we, who own shares in NSCT, at least most of us, do not have the background nor the expertise to provide a lot guidance to the birthing of this fledgling enterprise.

BUT we have shares in this "private" company and we are rooting them on. KF
