I doubt that Judaic law would charge a double murder. You should know that in Judaism, whether you take one life or ten lives, it is the same, it is as if you took a whole world of lives (and the other way around as well when you save a life, it is as if you saved a whole world of lives).

Modern Israeli law is different though, no capital punishment, that is reserved for those committing genocide (Eichman's execution was according to that law), and if memory serves, also for "Treason in time of war", but I am not sure about that I think it was carried out only once early in the life of the state. By the way, that approach to the death penalty is quite conruent with the Torah's teachings, since no death penalty is imposed unless two eyewitnesses testifies that the murder was committed, and some scholar add that not only they testify, but they also testify that they recited the commandment "Lo Tirtzah" (though shall not murder) prior to the action. Circumstantial evidence never bear the necessary weight for capital punishment in Judaic law.
