I'm here for the long haul...glad you can see this. Everyone wins in the end when all of us make money. For most long....capital gain is not worth flipping when you find a gem and hold. Some are accusing me of being so quite and flipping. LOL. Only a couple more months until a lot of my position his that 1 year mark. : )

How do you flip with 68 mil. I rather get that tax break instead.
