I can't lie, I should have ran when I saw "Sports Memorabilia" listed as the #1 Asset. That has scam written all over it, and honestly, I don't even think the stuff exist at all. I got suckered in because of the Villa and the story of wanting to do more in Real Estate, which is a great investment at this time, if done properly with someone with any sense at all, not King of course. Now I'm stuck not even being able to pay my own mortgage, and the coward King couldn't careless.
