ASTM will soon be updating interim results for CLI and DCM trials. Anyday to 3 months from now, it is not known exactly when. Safety totally proven so it is up to the FDA now to endorse the increased "quality of life" that ASTM's autologous stem cell therapy does for these late stage diseases for both CLI and DCM.

As for the 6-9 gap that would simply be the beginning on the way up to $40. The recent 20:1 reverse split means very little float and many held the $2 PPS ASTM before the collapse due to shorting pressure.
