Here are some new what ifs:
Now dark they go out and search for a buyer and don't have to pr it.
They decide to change executive stock option exercise price to lets say 0, don't have to pr it.
Agree to a company sale at .10-.15, all options are allowed to be exercised, includes executive positions at the new company for 3 years with big pay, now this gets pr'd.
On the other hand they get things rolling, ad revs jump, they create a social forum, start selling hats & t-shirts, and start filing again. We all have smiles on our faces.
