uhhh really. I had a theory that smart money was buying CVM and that that the warrant was indicative of where the pps was going for cvm.

Something like the pps should move to $1.50 ish based on warrant pps (something like a huge buy was just accumulating everything sub $1.50). The sellers of warrants make sense in that it might create a lack of liquidity as it seems many of the buyers in the offering were the same; therefore if they exercised the warrants they would have over 5% of O/S requiring them to file - minimizes liquidity of holding. So the sellers of warrants have no real vested interest, but the buyers of common could increase the value of warrants via increasing pps of cvm.

Maybe you are smart money? But I don't think you are the smart money I was hoping for.
