And ask him if he knows what part of Ukraine the lease is in.

While you're at it, ask him how he manages to be CEO of (at least) 3 companies at the same time, the sole employee of two of them, supporting interests in solar chargers, movies, stock portals, email archiving, energy efficient climate control, oil and gas production, venture financing just to name a few, and is expected to expand into crowdfunding and videographic index and search.

Or maybe this isn't real, and he and his backers just say these things to pump up the share price - important to Mr. Makmann because he gets paid in shares, and his companies finance "deals" by creating more shares.
