Ken Ash changed the name of the corporation to Sidewinder Resources, Inc. but did not file the required "Company-Related Action Notification Form" which should have been filed with FINRA prior to the corporate name change. Filing such would have also changed the name as publicly traded.

Failure by an OTC Equity issuer to provide the requisite notice may constitute fraud under Section 10 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
