LOL...the "news" as you put it, is just something your own little promotional people put out.

And you may want to re-word your "news" as you have stated:

The company Super Directories, Inc. is currently a fully reporting issuer that maintains complete corporate filings and also trades on the OTCQB Markets under the symbol SDIR



They have not reported any financials since 12/28/12 so you have a bit of a stretch on the fully reporting
