Ok let's set it up for ya. You find a lawyer to hold the restricted Cert. Of course HOT would agree in a notarized document to pay for the lawyer's services, in anticipation of the ride up. HOT then sends the $500 to the lawyer, and you send in the paperwork,using the provided $500, receiving back the Cert with the restriction removed. Then HOT sends in a check to the designated lawyer, who forwards the cash to you, and forwards the Cert restriction removed to HOT. The end result... BAM! BAM!!
